Physical Culture - Empowering all ages and stages through purposeful movement.
OUR MISSION:
The Physical Culture Association of Alberta is committed to promoting mental and physical well-being for people of all ages through the principles of Physical Culture.

As a not-for-profit organization, we are supported through programs and grants from the Alberta Tourism & Sport, Alberta Lotteries, The New Horizons Program from the Government of Canada, and private donations. Based out of the Percy Page Centre in Edmonton, we provide province-wide leadership and coordinate program services.

WHAT IS PHYSICAL CULTURE?
Physical Culture is a creative, stimulating, unique, gentle and safe method of exercise to music.

The program is carefully adjusted to meet the needs of participants. People may work at their own level of competence, even within a group setting, while enjoying the feelings of success and team work that evolve from individual accomplishment and group participation.
